New viewer beta testing has begun

Beta testing has begun for our new web based viewer. We've moved to Silverlight, allowing us to give you a rich, fast and clean looking way to view your recorded data.

Some of the advantages of the new viewer:

• Automatic refreshing of all content, no more reason to refresh the page to see new recorded data
• Information retrieved on demand in a more efficient manner, almost instant logins
• Simplified user signup
• Encrypted communication protects the information you are viewing (like the current viewer does)

We are still in the process of beta testing the new viewer. If you find or see something that isn't working as expected or a feature you think we should add we would greatly appreciate an email to betatest@imgrabber.net. Please include your login name, but not your password, and some details of your suggested improvement or, if you've found a problem,  information about what you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened. We will be rolling out new versions of the viewer regularly until we are outside of this beta period. If you report an issue you will receive an email response about the bug within 24 to 48 hours, as our engineering staff is able to look into the issue in more detail.
